The room had stunning views from the 9th floor balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunrise. Check-in was smooth, and the Wi-Fi worked well, even with multiple devices. The cleaning staff maintained a high standard daily. The kids' splash pool was a hit with my toddler, and we often found plenty of sunbeds around it. Food options varied, with themed nights adding excitement. sometimes hot dishes weren't as hot as I hoped. The main pool felt chilly, especially for the little ones. There were occasional delays at the bar when it got busy, making it tough to get drinks quickly. it was a pleasant stay despite the flaws, and the staff were mostly polite and accommodating. I might consider returning, but only for a good deal.

Would definitely recommend for a weekend breather
Spacious rooms, modern facilities, and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, particularly the stunning views from the room balconies which provided a perfect backdrop for our morning coffee, along with a convenient location that allowed for easy access to explore nearby attractions with ease via a short taxi ride.
Can’t fault anything about it.

The dining area can get noisy and crowded, which may not suit everyone's preferences for a calm meal. Occasionally, the food served isn't as hot as one might expect, and the drink options, particularly for cocktails, were on the limited side during peak hours. Several reviewers noted that specific amenities like the children's pool were cooler than expected, so it might not be ideal for families looking for a heated splash experience. There were also occasional delays at the bar, especially during busy times, which detracted from the overall enjoyment.

Oh, the homemade cakes! They were sweet little treats that stole the show at breakfast. The staff at the piano bar were super attentive, making us feel right at home while we enjoyed our lovely evening laughs. And those newly added lifts? A game changer when the hotel was buzzing with guests!
The wait at the restaurant could test your patience, and while the water in the pool was a bit on the chilly side, the vibe was still top-notch, making it a pleasant swim.

modern facilities but crowded dining
The facilities are modern and well-decorated. The elevators offer incredible views, and the room had a stunning sea view from the 9th-floor balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunrise. The New Year's Eve dinner was a memorable experience with delicious and diverse food options, and the atmosphere was incredibly special.
The dining area can get quite crowded, which detracted from the experience.
